Back from Morocco

in the medina

I know it’s not a spectacular photo in and of itself, but it’s a good place to start. I took this photo on one of the largest streets in the Fès medina. The old city is a tangle of tiny alleys and dead-ends. No cars can fit, so the only way to transport heavy things is by donkeys or sometimes mules.

We arrived home a few hours ago, and I have just finished uploading all my photos. I’m exhausted–but we’re leaving for the Alps tomorrow! I’m sure I’ll perk up once we get there, it’s just the idea of packing again, right away… Anyway, I plan to write more about Morocco, but it may have to wait until we return from our next trip. Until then, you can always look at the photos.
